About me
I have been professionally involved in marketing for almost 19 years. Of those, I was an employee in large companies for 11 years, and now I work freelance as an external consultant, occasionally "jumping" to a company for more intensive cooperation. I work mainly in Prague, but sometimes I like to travel outside of it. And I like the mountains.
Below are my previous employers. In the case of interesting (and mostly larger) companies, I can also help full-time, usually on a short-term basis - which is not a requirement, if the cooperation makes sense for us, let's cooperate long-term.

At humancraft, the Czech number one in corporate training, I was in charge of B2B marketing communications. Clients are mainly multinational corporations or large Czech companies.

I was responsible for the marketing strategy and communication (performance and brand content) of the outdoor brand Rock Point: 44 brick-and-mortar stores and 4 e-shop platforms including the Hannah, Keen and Rafiki brands.

In the second phase at Tchibo, I was responsible for CRM and all non-performing digital activities in both countries, including the establishment of TchiboBlog.cz. It was also my responsibility to "evangelize" marketing towards digital.

Senior eCommerce Manager CZ/SK

At Tchibo, I was initially responsible for performance marketing of the Tchibo.cz e-shop with a budget in the tens of millions of CZK. I was also responsible for the complete results of Tchibo.sk, including the Slovak eCommerce team.

At the leading Czech eRecruitment company LMC (now Alma Career), I was responsible for the development and optimization of the LMC G2 recruitment application, including setting up business models or motivating salespeople and training clients. I also led IT development teams on a project basis.

eBusiness Manager CZ/SK

At Dell, I was responsible for the entire online business in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Our e-shop was managed by a branch in India, which reported to me for the Czech Republic/Slovakia. The main metric was the so-called ePenetration (= share of online orders in all orders made through Dell sales).

By the way, I am also the co-founder of the mountain video portal naHoru.tv, where we regularly film interviews (podcasts) with leading mountain personalities, whether they are climbers, chalet owners, mountain runners, ski mountaineers or rescuers.
The project is my hobby.
